Kyogre is a Water-type Legendary Pokmon introduced in the third generation of the Pokmon video game series. It is the mascot of Pokmon Sapphire and is the counterpart of Groudon, the mascot of Pokmon Ruby. Kyogre is a large, whale-like Pokmon with a blue body and a white underside. It has a long, flowing mane and tail, and its eyes are a deep blue. Kyogre is said to be able to control the weather and can summon rain and storms.
In Pokmon Emerald, Kyogre can be captured at the end of the game after the player has defeated the Elite Four and Steven Stone. To get to Kyogre, the player must go to the Cave of Origin and use the Red Orb to summon it. Kyogre will then appear at the end of the cave, and the player can battle it. Kyogre is a powerful opponent, so it is important to be well-prepared before battling it. Once Kyogre has been defeated, the player can use a Dive Ball to capture it.
