SEERS 2025 is the agenda for modernizing the nation’s vital records system. It was created by the National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The goal of SEERS 2025 is to modernize the nation’s vital records system by improving the quality, timeliness, and accessibility of vital records data.
